and new features are deployed all clients get access to them at
the contracted rate.
We offer 2 minute position updates whereas the competition
only updates every 8 to 15 minutes. Frequent updates are the key
to increasing dispatching efficiency.
We have 21 patents and patents pending covering our
exclusive interface with on-board vehicle diagnostics. Once installed
client trucks will alert (via e-mail & reports) the fleet manager
when any Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is detected allowing maintenance
to become more proactive.
Our units are plug_and_play requiring no cutting of wiring
harnesses or drilling of the vehicles and are therefore much more
transportable in the event a vehicle is retired.
Our product does not require any special software client
data can be accessed via any internet connected PC or MAC.
Historical data on vehicles is available for up to 90
days.
Fleets can be grouped either vertically by function or business
unit and/or horizontally by type of vehicle (or any other client
requested criteria), access to vehicle data can be assigned to users
based on groupings. On-screen and report data can be filtered by
groups as well.
Geofencing has recently been added allowing operators to
designate addresses or coordinates on a map. Reports can be run
on any vehicle entering these areas or conversely any vehicles leaving
these areas. Geofences can be set to as little as 300 feet in radius
around the address or coordinate or be set out as far as 10 miles.
Canned reports can be used to verify daily time sheets (Beginning
and End of Day Report) and can verify time on a job site for billing
accuracy (Stop Detail Report).
Idle time can be reduced by using the Vehicle Driving
Statistics saving money on fuel
Speeding violations can be easily identified using the (Speed
Violation Report)
All maintenance records and be kept and reported on using
built in functionality.
Included at no extra charge is 24/7 Roadside Assistance and
Stolen Vehicle Recovery services. This service is available to vehicles
under 10,000 lbs GVW and includes Locksmith, Jump Start, Fuel Delivery,
Tire Change and Towing services (up to 25 miles).
Support:

Price:
Our hardware pricing is at the manufacturers
minimum and is well below most of our competition.
Hardware, installation, shipping and configuration and be
lumping in to a lease to spread the investment out over the length
of the service contract (minimum lease amount is $2,500)
Maintenance fees cover the data transmission (cellular) costs,
we make that cell phone call every 2 minutes and (for 36 month deals)
are priced at $29.95 per vehicle month,
our competition costs up to $60 per vehicle.
Maintenance fees are locked for the duration of the
contract.
No upgrade fees.
No licensing or user fees (as many concurrent users
as the customer wants)
Some of our competitors use fine print to stipulate that
their monthly fees are based on an average 40 hour a week usage,
if a vehicle exceeds that there are overage charges. Our fee schedule
allows for 24/7 operations.
