Technology Services Company (TSC) has been more than helpful with providing the right vehicle tracking system for our company as well as other contractor friends of mine. Since installing the units we have cut down on both non productive time and fuel. We know where all vehicles are, if they are performing economically, if there are repairs needed thru the diagnostic feature and if our construction employees are at their job sites all day and are getting to the job at the right time.

There have been a few instances where we had multiple people starting late and leaving early and without the GPS we would not have had this information and would not have been able to correct this very costly problem. We have had TSC’s Networkfleet GPS system for some time now. I have to tell you, what a blessing it has been. We have a separate screen just for the system and our dispatcher can see instantly where all 20 service trucks are. When a new call comes in she can input the address and she gets a list of who the closest techs are. When someone needs a part, she is able to check the closest trucks to see if they have the part. The system not only helps us get to the jobs faster, but it also saves us money on gas. Sometimes I need to work from home, and I can keep an eye on things.

I also enjoy the reports I get about vehicle diagnostics, idle time, off hours, vehicle efficiency, etc. This system truly does more than I expected. I don’t know how we ran a small fleet before the Networkfleet system. Thanks for your flexibility on scheduling new installs and transferring units from an old truck to a new truck.
